Who we look for

We hire for mindset first, skills second. The right person learns fast — we care more about how you think than what you already know.

Entrepreneurial

You take initiative without being asked. You see a problem and you go after it. You are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information, and you treat every mistake as data rather than defeat.

Rigorous

You do not accept results you cannot explain. You question your own assumptions as hard as you question everyone else's. You understand that in quantitative research, the difference between a good idea and a good strategy is a thousand hours of honest validation.

You share what you know, ask for help when you need it, and make the people around you better. You understand that in a small team, how you work together matters as much as what you individually produce.

Collaborative

We recruit primarily from leading engineering schools and quantitative research backgrounds. But more than credentials, we look for people who are intellectually restless, comfortable with uncertainty, and genuinely excited by the idea of building something from scratch.

Remote-friendly, Paris-based

We are headquartered in Paris and open to remote collaboration for the right profiles. We value presence when it matters and trust when it does not.
